Hi Inge,

The .story file is the source file that only people with Storyline can open. You want to send the folder called "Your Course Name - Storyline output" to the other people. They'll open the folder and open the story_html5.html file in order to start the course. This article has some more information: https://articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-Storyline-360-Previewing-and-Publishing-Your-Course

Alternatively, if you're using 360, you could publish to Review and then send them the sharing link.

Hi Inge,

What publishing option did you use? If you published for Web, LMS or Articulate Online, you'll upload the published output into those environments and share the URL with your learners.

If you published for CD, you can share with them the entire published output folder that's created and they'll want to use the Launch_Story.exe file to start the course.

If you have published for web or LMS and aren't ready to upload to those environments you could use one of the following:

For the error message you mentioned, when are your teammates seeing that?
