Hi all,
I hope you are all having a fantastic Friday! It is a sunny day over here in Northampton and I am about to go for a lunch time stroll to the local shop to pick up a sarnie and a bag of twiglets! Maybe even a kinder egg if the mood takes me!
Anyway, I have read a few of the discussions around importing, and I have no doubt that I am missing something simple, but I cant seem to find a way to import a zipped, published Storyline 2 file. I need to do this as the person that originally created the eLearning content no longer works with us and I have to make some amendments.
Is anyone out there in the community able to help please? Thanks for your time!

Hi Adam
enjoy your lunch and stroll because you won't like the answer to your question. The published output folder does not contain the editable source Storyline file that you need. You need the file with a .story extension to be able to make edits.
Ouch Wendy!!!! I nearly dropped my chilli chicken wrap when I read that!
I feared this may be the case, thank you for confirming.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...glad you saved your wrap- enjoy!
Now get yourself two Kinder eggs to make up for it. ;-)
As Wendy mentioned, the original .story file is not included in the published output, and there isn't a way to reimport it back into a mode in which you could edit it.
