How long to upgrade to Storyline 2?

I purchased the upgrade yesterday, yet my order status still says "processing." 

How long has it taken anyone else to have their upgrade approved?

I'm used to buying/upgrading software and having the activation key/serial number sent almost instantly.  This process is taking way longer than I prefer.  Is this because Articulate is manually checking to make sure customers are eligible for the upgrade?

Our Sales team doesn't work the weekends, so likely they'll be processing the upgrade today. If you have any questions you can connect with them here. 

You are able to download Storyline 2 here, and use it within the 30 day trial period until you have your serial number so hopefully that doesn't delay you.
