Other data such as the location in the course or the value of variables is included in the resume data - and that it is either handled by your LMS or held within a Flash cookie as described here in the resume behavior.
As Ashley describes above, all state data, progress data, and variable data are stored in the LMS suspend_data element. This is like a cookie. These are stored in a single field but are encoded and aren't human readable.
Content published to Tin Can / xAPI also stores data for restore. It's handled behind the scenes.
If you want to sort you suspend data then you have to change the slide property as Reset to initial state for when revisiting drop down. It will sort the suspend data upto 60-70%.
Hey there. I have a client using WBT Topclass LMS who can't access the suspend_data. He says this variable is normally not accessible on the LMS side for reporting purposes, since most systems assume it to be course specific. Basically saying that they can't view student responses to quizzes. Is there anyone in the community who could shed some light on this?

Very good questions Itzik. Can anyone shed some light on the subject raised?
Hi Tanya,
Storyline sends the following data from quizzes to your LMS.
Other data such as the location in the course or the value of variables is included in the resume data - and that it is either handled by your LMS or held within a Flash cookie as described here in the resume behavior.

Hi Rakesh,
This thread is a bit older, but information about how to help with suspend data limits is also detailed here.

Hi Stephanie!
I'm not familiar with that LMS, but is this something that you are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud or is the issue limited to the LMS?
If you can replicate, we would want to take a look.
