Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone here has experience uploading Storyline courses into Halogen LMS and can help me!
I uploaded a few Storyline 1 courses into my organization's eLMS (Halogen) and included a few survey questions at the end asking for feedback from learners (short answer questions). How do I access the data that learners put into the survey questions?! I've tried running every kind of report offered with no luck. I currently have administrator access on the eLMS, if that helps.
I hope someone here has the same LMS as you and is able to offer some info, but you may also want to reach out to your LMS team for additional assistance.
You may also want to look at where to find the information in a site such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing LMS content. You'll also want to confirm that you have a results slide with which you're tracking and reporting the course content to your LMS - and hopefully doing some testing at SCORM Cloud could give you a baseline of where to look in your own LMS.
Thanks again Ashley. This may have been where I went wrong - I don't have a results slide for the survey questions, only the graded quiz questions! I'll play around with some test surveys and see what I learn. Thank you!
Ah, that may definitely be in Sophie! You'll want to ensure all such elements are tracked by a results slide to be sure the data is passed to the LMS. Let us know if you need anything else!
