How to assign passing scores, include certificate and capture data

Hi

I'm building a course with an assessment. I have used the question bank for creating the assessment questions and assigned scores to each question. I want to specify a passing percentage, but can't see any option in the menu options available. I have also tried searching for anything related to scoring on the forum but haven't found anything.

In addition, I wish to embed a certificate that the users passing the assessment are able to view, fill in their credentials and subsequently print it. While I can do the filling-in and printing part myself, I am unsure of how to specify who is eligible for the certificate and also how to open a new html file (using a button I'm guessing). I tried to include a resource file (PDF) as a downloadable object using a button trigger, but that didn't work.
