How to Capture Free Form Text Entries?

I'm creating a Workshop Questionnaire and we're trying to figure out if it's possible to have users list three strengths in a specific area.  How can we accomplish this without exceedin the 255 character limit and capture their responses to review?

Here's an example of the question and format we'd like to use.

What are three demonstrated strengths in your businesses development experience? These strengths can be found in your experience as a banker or in another phase of your professional career. (limit each response to 10 words or less)

Ideally I'd like for these to be 3 seperate text entry fields.

What ideas do you have?  Any are appreciated.
