How to Capture Interaction Answers to Display at End of Course?

Hi there. I have a short module in which I want to capture interaction answers. There will be 5 questions, each on its own slide. The answers will be fill in the blank and will result in anywhere from one sentence to a paragraph each.

My question is, how can I then capture all five answers and display them on something they can print out? Would it be possible to display on an html page, Word document or PDF by using java scripting? Or is there a way to do this that doesn't require scripting?

If so, is there any direction that you can provide?
