I'm using the Storyline Serenity Graphic Metaphor slide from the content library.
That template contains a picture of a truck and sunset shaped as a circle. I want to change the picture that's used in the slide; however, when I do this it doesn't bring the in new picture shaped as a circle. How do I do this?
If you click that image, and go to toe Picture Tools/Format tab, you should see on the ribbon, in the Adjust section, the Replace Picture button. This should allow you to replace the photo and retain the shape.
But if that does not work, and your picture is not shaped correctly. again click the picture so it is selected, and on that same Picture Tools/Format tab, at the right of the Picture Styles section, click on Picture Shape, and choose the oval shape.
Replacing the picture doesn't change the shape, which is surprising since this is an Articulate template...I would think that would work. I'm going to work on formatting the picture to be an oval, but that also means a lot of rework with the other content around it.
Replacing that picture should leave it within the circle shape. I tried it with that template, and the attached shows the result I get. Are you not getting the same?
I brought in the template again and switched the picture and that worked. I'll work on making the other design changes. Perhaps something I did inadvertently changed the way the picture was handled.

Ugh. No, that's not what I'm finding. See my attached video of what is happening

Glad it worked!
