If you used the design tab to setup your project and set a colour scheme you can change those colours across the whole project by editing the colour scheme.
If you setup the fonts on the design tab you can then change the fonts across the project, otherwise export to translate change the font and reimport.
Pictures will need to be chnged individually there is no media library.
No that is the whole point of the design tab. You can change fonts by exporting to translate and reimport otherwise it is brute force, format painter can help.
