you can reinsert the screen recording on another slide and choose the try mode. Select the screen recording option from the ribbon and chose the one you want ( normally will have 'in use' tag). Hope that helps.
Thanks Wendy, but what do I do if I had already inserted a recording, edited all the Try Again prompts, added other supporting text boxes, then decided I wanted to have correct feedback too? Can I not just switch that on? Do I have to start again from scratch?
There isn't a way to just switch it on - what you may want to do is insert a new scene with the feedback options you'd like, and then copy/paste over the custom elements you added in.
You'll want to check your junk/spam folder - it should come right away. If you don't get it soon, I'd try to submit it again and you may want to try in a different browser and confirm that you see the "case submitted" message on the screen as well.

Thanks Ashley, I guessed that's what I'd need to do.
I'm still waiting for the email with the case number on the other thing. I'll let you know when I get it.
Ta,
