Colleagues, you don't seem to notice the glow effect around the radio button. And it is by default and is not disabled in any way. Shape fill and color scheme don't help here. In this author's request, the image shows a glow. It does not appear in the hover state, but appears on the slide. Does anyone know how to manage it?

The key is the active theme. I've found this thread and this thread quite educational.

Sometimes you insert a question and there is no glow effect. But then you add new answers and it appears. I cannot catch a pattern

You can change the radio button affect under Radio Button Format.
The Glow effect is under Shape Effects. Here's a quick look!
