How to create an assessment that generates a report at the end...

Jul 28, 2015

I am creating an assessment that our recruiters can use to generate questions that should be asked at interview.

The assessment will involve 10 questions, with 4 answers. The user must select which answer is most like them, which is least like them, and which is more like them.

When the assessment is completed, I want a way for the assessor to see which 10 recommended questions they should ask based on the responses.

My idea is that the questions will be generated based on which answer received the lowest response (the "least like them" answer) for each question.

Is this something that I can get Articulate to do? I don't mind how simple or complicated the answer is!

Hi Kylie!

I'm not sure I'm following if the recruit will be taking the assessment and then a report will be read by the recruiter or if the recruiter will be doing all of the assessment as an on-screen guide perhaps?

If the first, if you have results slide for your assessment, then this will be sent to the LMS where the content is loaded and a report can be run by the recruiter.

If the latter, I would advise setting up some feedback/branching for your course to maneuver through as you wish the recruiter to do.

Perhaps someone in the community will be able to chime in and assist with your design as well.
