I am still exploring and on trial version, have a requirement of developing course content wherein it displays course outline, presenter's screen and presenter himself, like the one hosted http://www.educator.com/mathematics/calculus-ii/murray/arclength.php
It has also the option to hide presenter just incase its distracting.
Is this possible if so, appreciate your guidance or high level pointers to begin with.
You could certainly do something like this using one of my favorite features - layers. For the outline you could use the menu, then have a video for the presenter set up on a layer of its own. Trigger the layer to open when the timeline starts and add a button or option on the layer to hide the layer, just in case the user doesn't want to view the presenter.
Here are some tutorials that may help with accomplishing this:
Oracle I was interested in your question so tx for posting. And Christine, I liked your example and it got me to thinking. So I played around with some ideas and thought I'd shared. Nothing "WOW" ...just in case someone might be able to use it.
I placed the "Presenter Panel" in the Slide Master...on), it would remain in that state on subsequent slides

Hi there Oracle!

Also, I created a very quick example and I've attached it to this thread.
I hope this helps! :)
Best,
