I am not sure what you mean by letter spacing - but if you mean something like kerning, Storyline does not offer that feature. I hope it will in the future. If this is not what you were asking, please give a little more detail on what you are trying to do.
What you want to do is called kerning, and unfortunately that feature is not built into Storyline right now. I know that people have made feature requests for this, so I hope it will be part of a future version.

Thanks for an replay.
Letter spacing option means:
Increase space between two characters.
Example:
"PICTURE" to "P I C T U R E"
Kindly help on this.
