How to customize Sequence Drag and Drop

Hi, 

I hope the answer to this is simple but I cannot find it. I would like to do following things in  Sequence Drag and Drop:

• Increase font size of number bullet that come before shape 
• if above option is not not possible than can i remove it altogether?

I have added storyline file for reference...

Any help with this would be great!
