My mobile screen frequently goes off while watching my course in html5 output (SL 360). The course shows full screen but still goes off/locked after few seconds.
I addressed a similar issue somebody was facing a few months ago in this discussion. Essentially, I found that her slides were advancing automatically. Without any input from the learner, the device would go into sleep mode.
