Greeting all, i'm quite new to Stoyline 2 software but there is an e-learning work i want to do with storyline. I need your help to build a kind of kids audio story. the story (audio) will be in form of mp3 playing while i edit it so that the words (text) the audio is playing will be concurrently displayed while it plays.

Hello, all! Unfortunately, Michael, it looks like the link you shared is not working properly, so if you could please stop in and re-link what you intended to share, that would be great! :)
And Wisdom, you may want to take a look at the following resources in the meantime:

I haven't tried this yet, but it seems like a reasonable approach, and has the major benefit of not requiring manually placing the captions in Storyline (although I understand that editing the Storyline output files directly is not supported by Articulate):
On the downside (possibly, for some users) this is HTML5-only, so the Flash player would not utilize the captions.
Christie - Any idea when/if Articulate might consider including cc-enabled .mp4 files within a published Storyline project? I understand from the article linked above that the closed captions are actually stripped out of the .mp4 when it's re-encoded in the published files. It would be great if we had the option of keeping the captions and any captioned video could natively include a "cc" button as part of the video output. (Already put in a feature request!)
When we are tasked with creating an accessible course that uses lengthy videos, and they can't be published on YouTube, we need an alternative that doesn't require creating hundreds of triggers or manually placing captions on the timeline.

Here is one option to create closed captions.
