How to do the line para spacing?

I want to know, how to add para spacing on the content. For more i have attached the screenshot below.

Thanks for an replay.

Actually this line line is only adding spacing between the two lines.

But i want to know, how to add space between the two para.

So for i am doing like, adding new row like.

This type making me time waste. 1'st we can't create consistence para gaping

2. we can't do, numbering option.

Please anyone have any suggestion for this.
