I have created an elearning package in Storyline 2 and saved it to a USB (before publishing) for someone else to finish off on another computer with Storyline installed. However they cannot seem to be able to open the slides to edit them - is there anything I can do???
It's an Engage interaction that you have included within your Storyline project? If so, then you'll need to edit the Engage element within Engage - what you're seeing in Storyline is a web object placeholder for the Engage piece.

No its not it just has the title of the package - is that where I have gone wrong?
Actually Matthew - I just checked and yes it is the .story file on the USB!
Hi Kim
are they trying to work on it from the usb? - They should copy to the local machine and work on it there.
That's what we thought! but when my colleague goes into the file on the USB she cant edit it! and thanks for the tip with the email!
The only conclusion we have come to is that the version of engage on my computer is 13 and the version on my colleagues is 09! Could this be it?
Also - It wont email unfortunately as I have tried this already - thanks
Hi Wendy - yes they have copied it to their computer.
