I have a customer that´s interested in one of our educations that we have made in Articulate Storyline. They like to place them on their LMS. But before we have a deal they need to know how they can see who has taken part of the course. In Articulate Online you get that since you´re sending an email with an invitation, but does anyone know how it works on an LMS?
Do you know which LMS product your client is using? There is normally student level tracking feature for SCORM packages (of your Articulate course) in LMS unless course itself is exposed through guest login for all users.
You mentioned that approximately 500 people taking the course. If all them have unique login access to LMS & course, you can ignore my question on guest login.
I guess they will have to have unique logins otherwise it´s not possible to follow up.
Do you know if my client will have to create logins or how does that work?

If your client already has an existing LMS setup, it is likely they have these users already in the system. Otherwise, generally LMSs will have option to bulk create users depending on their setup.
