How to get a storyline in a separated zip

Hi all,

I have a question regarding using a storyline as an e-learning: I want to place it in our Blackboard environment for the students to use. Last year a colleague (who doesn't work anymore) made a zip of the storyline document and in that zip everything was separatied: the documents for story_content, mobile, meta etc. He uploaded this zip to Blackboard and it worked.

When I try to make the same zip document from a storyline (or template), it just has the storyline document in it. Nothing is separated. How can I manage to make a zip like that? In the attachements I posted the pictures how it looks.
