How to get hyperlinks to work in published projects

Hi I work in Storyline and can never seem to get the hyperlinks to work either in review or published modes. 

I recently published as a SCORM file for LMS and the links didn't work even when tried in the environment in which they would be published.

Any ideas on how to resolve please?
