How to get "pick many" survey results in LMS?

I've been doing a survey test, using pick many survey quiz form and proper survey result slide. The problem is - in LMS (I am using cloud.scorm) it doesnt show this results. But if I click "review results" it does show me the answers user just picked before, inside the running course.
In cloud.scorm I've got the following:
http://prntscr.com/egnc53 - you can see I've marked the questions, but there is no info about answers. There should be a list of my question with a T\F parameter on each of them, or smth like that. How do I get it?
I use SCORM 2004 4th edition upon publishing.
p.s. there will also be 1 extra text variable per slide which I submit to results slide and which I need to extract to LMS as well.

Thanks for letting us know that you tested the content in SCORM Cloud. What version of Storyline are you using? You'll want to make sure you're on the latest update of your version:
If you're on the latest update and you're still seeing this issue, we'd want to take a closer look at your set up. Would you mind sharing your file here in the thread? You can use the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the reply window.

Thank you for sharing your file with me. After taking a look at your file and doing a little digging, I found there is a known issue with Storyline 2 where answer choices that contains non-English characters are displayed as "Undefined" or blanks when generating LMS reports or LMS debug logs. I'd like our Support Engineers to take a look at your file, as well, to confirm that the issue you're seeing is related to that bug. I've opened a support case on your behalf (01031465) so they can take a closer look. After they test your file, they'll contact you directly via email to let you know what they found. The bug we found in Jay's file related to Pick-Many answer choices that contained non-English characters. Those answer choices displayed as "Undefined" or blanks when generating LMS reports.
Do you have non-English characters in your answer choices also? I'd love to have a closer look at your file to confirm the problem you're seeing is related to the bug I mentioned earlier. Simply attach it here in a new thread comment!
