If anyone can direct me on how to get the serial number for my character bundle as I have not used this since I upgraded to Storyline 2 and did have it with the Storyline 1 when I purchased it.
it would have been in the email you received with your SL1 serial number if you still have that. Otherwise I think you need to contact Articulate Sales
Is there a way to know the serial numbers used for the character bundles that's already installed? I just need to know for documentation & tracking purposes.
Sure thing - just reach out to our team here, as we don't want to share serial numbers in the public forums. Similarly if you still had the original purchase email the serial numbers would all be included in that!
I'd like to revisit Marvin's question: my team has multiple licenses/serial numbers, and have the emails with the serial numbers that were issued, but we aren't sure which serial-number was utilized with each computer. Can we find this within our software?
If you've got Storyline installed you can find the serial number on each computer by:
Going to the Help tab
Clicking "About Articulate Storyline"
Pop up window will show the serial number
Our team can also help you track down which licenses may not be activated on a computer or tell you who it's registered too. Just drop them a line here!
Thanks for the quick response, Ashley. That procedure shows me the serial number for Storyline, but not which serial number I used for the character bundle. Any guidance on finding the latter?
Ah, sorry about that Chris! The serial number for characters is not stored in Storyline. Our team can look that up for you though - so I've opened up a Support case for you! Someone will be in touch shortly.
