I film videos on a green screen and export them to use in my Storyline Projects. I used to export an FLV with an alpha channel to achieve transparency for my Storyline projects; however, Adobe has removed the FLV option from their Creative Cloud products. Does anyone know how to get transparency in videos to work with Storyline and Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily After Effects and Premiere)?

I'm not familiar with the settings for the Adobe products, but if they no longer support exporting with alpha channel, you may need to look into using another tool. FLV videos with alpha channel transparency are supported in Articulate Storyline's Flash and Articulate Mobile Player (AMP) output.
