I've been doing some software simulations and when I preview the video the quality is not that good, you cannot read the words. I've seen some examples here and they all seem to have a high quality video (you can read all the words perfectly on the screen) and it fits the slide!
If the application UI doesn't resize without cutting off content, then you need to find the smallest size that shows all the required info and then size your .story to match that.

Make sure the window size of the application you want to record matches the dimensions of your .story.
Thanks, Mike. How do I do that? When I try to resize the window application I lose content on the screen :(
