I was wondering can you change the order of menu with a trigger.
The first slide asks you would you like to go to 'Scene A' or 'Scene B'. When I choose 'Scene B', I would like menu for 'Scene A' to disappear and vice versa.
As Phil mentioned there isn't a way to trigger the menu as such, but you may want to look at the options here in regards to how you could set the menu to collapse or expand based on the sections the user is looking at.

There is no way to change the menu this wy.
