You'll want to make sure that Storyline wasn't open/running when you originally installed the new font. If it was, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall the font with Storyline closed.
For reference, here is a Knowledge Base article from Microsoft on how to install or remove a font in Windows.
I don't think you will need to uninstall the font if you had SL open... just restart ST and the font should populate in the list. At least, that is how it is with most applications. Not sure if SL populates font libraries differently.
There shouldn't be anything else you need to do once you've installed the font on your machine. You'll want to make sure that Storyline was not open when you installed it, and if so, just restart Storyline. If you don't see the font listed within Storyline you may want to look in some of the other Office programs to see if it's available there. If it's not available in Word or Notepad, I would not expect it within Storyline.

Hello!
Is there an additional step you have to complete (perhaps in Storyline?) after you download and install the font to your machine?
Thanks so much,
Lauren
