How to insert screen recording NOT recorded through storyline 360 as step-by-step slides in storyline 360

Is there a way to insert external screen recording video to storyline 360 as step-by-step slides in storyline 360 ?

Also the videos recorded through screencast in storyline 360, how can I get a copy of it or where is it saved in the machine ?
