HOW TO LOCK TO COMPLETE A MICROSOFT FORM INSIDE ARTICULATE 360 BEFORE CLICKING NEXT

Has anybody used Microsoft form embedded to a web object, then locking the next button unless the learner completes the Microsoft form? Microsoft form comes out as a pop up so its hard to make the learners complete it before clicking the next button especially some learners are not that techie. Can anyone help with this? pls pls. I badly need it. They are finishing the course without completing the form and that's the frustrating part.
