I have created 4 interactive question slides in Storyline, each worth 25 points. I created a results slide according to the tutorial I found on the Articulate site. I linked the 4 question slides to the results slide. But now I'm stuck. When the results slide appears, it shows that the user passed (or failed), but not what the scores are. I've included a screenshot of what appears, along with the triggers panel of the results slide. I have a feeling it has to do with those unassigned items, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do about them.
You've made the pass and fail triggers unworkable. See the "if" statement where you have "unassigned" for a variable name? Those need to be the variables used in the slide for pass and failing score.

Yes, I know it has to do with the unassigned, but I don't understand what, exactly, I'm supposed to do.
Never mind. I don't know how, but the results slide was messed up. I deleted it and started over and all is well.
