The learners using our modules couldn't get a Completed status after finishing the modules through the LMS. After some thorough testing, we have found that it seems to be because the users don't necessarily visit the Information and the Resources screens as they are not highlighted as compulsory.
If these screens don't have to be visited for the modules to be considered and marked as completed, as long as all the other screens have been visited, how can these two screens be set not to be compulsory? At the moment they both sit in one scene together and can be visited from buttons in a menuĀ found in each screen in the other scenes.
I have found how to set the number of slides to complete. What I need to do now is give it a try and test it. As most user seemed to have visited all the screens apart from the Info and Resources ones, I think your tip should work.

Hi Fabienne!
Are you tracking by the number of slides viewed? You could reduce the number of required slides to reach completion.
Hi Leslie,
I need to check this. Many thanks for the suggestion. I will let you know how it goes.
