You just need to revise the triggers that tell the program to access the lightbox slides via the NEXT button when stepping through the course.
For example, if a lightbox slide is after a "regular" slide, then on the regular slide, you'd need to change the NEXT-button trigger to specify that it should go to a specific slide (or, depending on how the course is set up, to another scene).
FYI: I typically put all my lightbox slides into an extra scene. I only link to that scene via lightbox triggers. In other words, the NEXT button would never get there. That simplifies the programming, because I don't have to adjust any NEXT-button triggers.
