I'm sure this is really basic, but I just can't figure it out.
I have a little item I would like the user to be able to drag around the screen. Every search is coming up with "drag and drop" and that isn't what I want. I just want a simple drag item
Thanks. That is pretty simple, but not all that intuitive. Also the trigger language seems a little strange to me.
Show layer "Prize" when object dragged over "lightning bolt" hover over "star." It seems to me almost like when the star is dragged and hovers over the lightening bolt instead of the other way around.
When I let go it moves back to where it started. Is there a way to make it stay where it was dropped?
Now that I look at that I think that is how I expected the drag to be accomplished. "Right click the thing, drag and drop menu, select draggable." It seems strange to me that some of the properties are set by a trigger and some are set through a right click menu. I'm sure it will make more sense eventually.
I think the way some things are hidden under right click is a bit unintuitive, I always thought everything available on right clicking should be on a menu somewhere as well.
Whenever I need anything my first stop is a trigger, if that doesnt work how I expect the next place is a right click

I have never even looked at "Right click" for other options!

you can add a dragged over or dragged onto trigger both will make it draggable

Well you did say you only wanted it to be draggable.
Just right click the object and choose drag and drop and uncheck drag return
I did indeed.
Thank you so much that answers a lot for me.
