Thanks Phil for information. Leslie I have to use multiple choice questions, but without radio buttons, instead of radio buttons I need to give shapes as an options, ( I can't use FreeForm as Phil suggested because which is not supported in our LRS) So for that I want to hide all the options from screen that will be required for LRS purpose. One possible solution is that to put image on options, but I have to work on 400-500 questions so I am trying to explore the option of Master Slide, Again problem is that content of master slide always appearing below the slide text. Hero' s if any solution please let me know.
Pick one questions can still be scored - but I don't know that I've ever seen an LMS/LRS that doesn't support them? Perhaps you can share with you're using so that folks in the community can weigh in here and share their thoughts on how to set it up specific to your LMS.

MCQ?
Hi Ravindra!
I'm assuming you are referring to a Multiple Choice Question, but still unclear on what you are trying to accomplish.
Just let us know how we can assist.
You can do this in Freeform questions but not the graded questions

Thanks Ashley, I have used Pick one, and our LRS team has approved this question type too.
