One mp4 is inserted in file of SL 360, whatever I preview it in SL or play published tincan file, we can't pause and replay it, but in reference tincan file, when we put the mouse on the mp4, it will change to "a hand", it can pause and replay the video.
Clicking on a video while it's playing back in preview/publish will often pause it automatically. You could also enable the video controls to include a play/pause button. Take a look at this tutorial for more details.
