If you disable the review feature from the slide layer it'll be removed as a part of the review assessment, or you may want to look at the options here on how to customize it (same in SL1 and SL2).
I am using Storyline 2, Update 5. When I am unchecking the option "Show correct / incorrect responses when reviewing" on the results slide, it still shows the red and green rectangle for correct and incorrect during the review. What am I doing wrong?
I did a project with Storyline 1, and I remember that it definitely worked as expected: that is, the green and red rectangles were not diplayed when reviewing. When I now open this project in Storyline 2, the red and green rectangles are displayed ... Any advice on this?
Can you tell us more about how/when you're accessing this one question to see those? I assume it's while you're viewing the published output - have you uploaded it to an LMS or server? Are you viewing Flash or HTML5 output? Which update/version of Storyline are you using? I'd look to confirm you were using the latest update of Storyline 2, Update 6 - as there were a few previous fixes that dealt with quizzing issues.
If you're still running into issues we'd want to take a look at your .story file which you can post here using the "add attachments" button.

The Correct/Incorrect rectangles are part of the review. It works the same in both versions.
