I created a Story file and published as web with HTML5 format. Then copy the output folder to my tablet. I launched the story_html5.html in FireFox, the display allign on left bottom (is not in full screen). I also found that the customised buttons are not clickable. I can only click on the player (like next and previous).
On iPad, you have two choices: 1.you can view Storyline's HTML5 output in the device's browser or 2. use the Mobile Player App to view content. Here is some info on publishing and viewing options. And here is a comparison between Flash, HTML5 and Mobile Player app.

Storyline does not support Android yet. Content may or may not work properly.
