I'm running a self-paced training program for English language learners. The course is housed in D2L, and we use Articulate Storyline 2 to develop our self-study lessons. The progress bar in D2L is set so that the learners have to manually check if they have completed an item. Our client is very particular about this feature. The problem is when we find an error in our Storyline content and have to republish the piece. The only way I know to fix it is to delete the current scorm object and republish a corrected version. This results in the progress bar being set back if the learner has already completed the piece in its original format. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating for the learner.
Has anyone heard of a workaround to this problem??

Hi Jaclyn! Hopefully someone with some experience utilizing elements of D2L will be able to chime in and assist you here.
