We have 3-4 IDs working on multiple projects. We want to avoid team members for accessing the same file and overriding work already done on a storyline 360 file. Is there a way to control this setting to prevent multiple people from accessing the same file?
It sounds like the Storyline 360 file is stored on a shared drive, is that right? If the file is opened by two separate users, changes made by User #1 will not be reflected in the file for User #2, and vice versa. Take a look at this recommended workflow for collaborative network environments.
I would recommend that you assign separate sections to each designer. Each section would be stored in a separate Storyline 360 file. Then, combine the files into one course at the end by using the Import Slides feature.
