I want to prevent users from clicking on the video , so that they can only play/pause/stop by the default seek bar.
It always works in Storyline, by overlay the video with a transparent shape to prevent users from clicking on the video. But it seems not in Storyline2.
By the way, if I filled the shape with any color, then it will prevent users from clicking on the video, but also can't watch the video. And I just update to Articulate Storyline 2 Update 5(Build 1505.515) yesterday morning.
Glad this is working for you - but I'd still recommend the opposite - to fill it and make that transparent. I've heard of times before with "no fill" than it's as if there is nothing blocking the object behind it and the user is able to click whatever is supposed to be covered.

Hi Wally
if you fill the shape with white and then make it 100% transparent they will be able to see through but not click through
Hi Wally,
Yes you'll want to use a transparent image to prevent the user from clicking on it - or even look at using a hotspot which will cover the video.
It works, and I was wrong.
I selected "No Fill", it's different from fill the shape with color and then make it 100% transparent !!
Thank you, Wendy and Ashley!!

You are right,"fill it and make that 100% transparent" is the best solution!
Thanks Ashley!
Happy to hear it Wally. :-)
