How to remove extra area in the published version of storyline

Get rid of the sidebar on your other slides.  This is because the player needs the same dimensions

For your information i have not given any slidebar/Menubar in any of my slide. Please let me know which sidebar your refering to?

Do you have the menu, a logo or any other items enabled for the sidebar section of the player?

These are elements that will show up to the left, or right, of your slides. If they are enabled for some of your slides, but not all, the player may still try to use that space on the slides where they are disabled. 

If this isn't the case, are you able to share the .STORY file? I'd be happy to take a look at what's happening.
