How to troubleshoot/review earlier versions

Hi all,

Requesting your assistance once again. We have a course that was built in 360 by one of our partners. However, when we try to open it to troubleshoot, it won't open and we receive the error messages attached below. 

What can we do to resolve as we do not want to lose all of the work this person put into the training?
