I need help on How to Upgrade module from storyline V1 to V2.
When i am opening old module message is coming "this project is invalid or corrupt and can not be opened.It may be have created in Early version of storyline..
I'd look at seeing how it'll open in SL1 first, and then also confirm that you're adhering to the other best practices here. You could also look at importing it into a new file as detailed here.

Is your original SL1 file on your local drive?
Can you open the original file successfully in SL1? It may be corrupt
Yes my orignal file with SL1 is on Local drive..
Sounds like the file is corrupt, will it open in SL1?
