When you publish for the web, SL creates all the necessary slides, and puts them in a folder. The name of the folder is the title of your course, followed by "-Storyline output". That folder, and all the files and folders inside it must be uploaded just as they are to your site.
Inside that folder is a file named ""story.html". However and wherever you place your course, your learners need to access the story.html file. You can rename it index.htm, and it will be the file people access when they visit your website, or you can create a web page that links to it using its default name, or another name you give it.
