The bulk of the content cannot be edited directly, so you'd need to have access to the original storyline project file. Some elements - like player and frame styling are controlled via css, which is generated as part of the publishing process
You'll need the original .story file to conduct any edits. As Brian mentioned there may be elements you could edit within the published output files, but that is not something that Articulate can offer support for.
