It sounds like you published your Storyline 2 content for LMS. Now that the published content is hosted on your LMS, it works fine in Internet Explorer but displays blank in Chrome, is that right?
With your permission, we can take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting. If that works for you, you can upload your file privately to our support team here. We'll give it a test and let you know what we find!
Not sure if it's the same, but we come across something like this pretty frequently. Check if the course was published in Flash play mode. Chrome takes issue with Flash. Versions of Chrome 68+, by default, disables its Flash plug-in in any new window it opens. Options we use to resolve are:
1. Publish as HTML5 first (but then you may have issues with IE11)
2. Make sure Flash is enabled on Chrome by selecting the lock icon on the address bar and setting Flash to Allow (must be Allow, not 'ask first').
