HTML5 content not working on LMS

Hello!
I'm having trouble with the HTML5 output from Storyline 2 on an LMS. I've published a course that includes HTML5 output and uploaded this to an LMS. The initial video that plays on the first slide doesn't load any visual content (the video is only 5 seconds long) and then I can't navigate past the next slide (the navigation button does not appear). This appears to only be a problem with HTML5 as it works just fine with Flash. I've done some searching on others with similar issues but I've yet to find a solution to getting the HTML5 content working on an LMS. I've attached the .story and zipped files for convenience.
If anyone can offer assistance, that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there Jon! Sorry to hear you're running into this problem, and you've come to the right place for help. I also noticed some strange behavior in the SCORM output, so I'd like to have our Support Engineers take a look as well. I see you've already opened a case with them--you're one step ahead of me! :)
I'll follow the progress of your case and share updates here, as needed.
Thanks for getting back to me Alyssa.
It seems the issue was the Update version of Storyline 2 I was using. I was on Update 4 which was not working, however I've since upgraded to Update 12 and the content runs through HTML5 without any issue. This was all done using Google Chrome as the browser as well.
Glad to hear you got it sorted out! Thanks for coming back to let me know. 🙂
Hi Alyssa Gomez,
Can you please share the solution of this issue. I too facing the same issue.
Hi Ravi - If you check my previous post, it was the Update version of Storyline 2 that I was using that was causing the issues. There appears to have been a fix for the issue sometime between Updates 4 and 12 and when I published on the latest version, the content worked as expected.
Thanks, Jon!
Ravi, let us know if you see an improvement after updating your version of Storyline. If not, we'll keep digging!
