HTML5 courses not running in Chrome
By
Karin Amann
I have published different courses with Articulate 360 - HTML5 with Flash fallback (during the last year - 2017). All of them were running very well in Chrome, Edge, IE and Firefox). If I try to start a course today in Chrome, it is not running / starting (the circle just spins and spins and .................) BUT the courses are running well with other browsers.
What have I done wrong?

Are you running into this issue when viewing the course from your hard drive or from an LMS or Web Server?
There was an issue with SL360 that prevented published content from working in Chrome when viewed from a local hard drive. I believe this was fixed in a recent update. So if that's the issue, check if you have any updates available.
I don't think you've done anything wrong. This issue is spreading now that more people are updating. I've been posting about it in another thread here.

Thanks all of you. It was only running the course from my local drive. That means, I have to publish those courses once again.
Thanks!
